Velsmag began with a simple idea: the best coffee shouldn't sit and wait. It should come out, into life's most important moments.
It started with an old Ape 50.
We were tired of specialty coffee that ended up in a paper cup by a cold buffet. So we found a small, white Piaggio Ape 50 and rebuilt it into a rolling roastery: a polished espresso machine, a hand scale and freshly roasted beans. We named it Velsmag.
Today the cart rolls through Copenhagen and the surrounding area. To weddings, where guests gather around the bar between the speeches. To corporate events, where a real barista says more than any slideshow. And to the days when one perfect cup simply makes the moment a little bigger.
