We pull up outside your office on a fixed weekday, open the tailgate and make espresso while people come down. Then we pack up again. You do not have to clear space in the kitchen or look after a machine.

An event is a date. We agree on it, we drive out, and then it is over. A recurring service is an agreement to come back: same weekday, same time, same cart.
The difference is mostly on your side. No quotes, approvals and bookings from scratch every time. We know the address, how many you usually are, and what people drink. It gets a little quicker each time.

Office coffee without an office kitchen.
No installation
The cart is self-sufficient for up to 15 hours, so there is no power to run and no space to clear. The Ape 50 fits into courtyards, office lobbies and roof terraces.
A barista, not a machine
There is a person at the machine. 100% Arabica, medium roast, roasted in Hørsholm, from beans grown in Peru, Colombia and Brazil.

People learn to count on it, and it becomes a fixed part of the week rather than a surprise. Nobody has to remember to order anything.
Scales with you
One barista makes up to 50 cups an hour. Two make up to 80. If you grow, we add time and staff rather than rewrite the agreement.

What a recurring service costs.
A single event costs DKK 3,999 for the same two hours. A recurring agreement costs DKK 3,499 per morning, which is DKK 500 less each time. The difference is that we do not have to quote, schedule and plan from scratch every week.
You always get the final price in writing before anything is agreed. Travel within 30 km of our base at Gammel Strand is included in the price. Beyond that it costs DKK 11.25 per km including VAT.
What companies usually ask about.
Do we need to provide power or water?
No. The cart is self-sufficient for up to 15 hours, so you do not need to find a socket or run cables out of a window.
How many can you serve in one morning?
One barista makes up to 50 cups an hour, two make up to 80. Tell us how many you are and we will staff it accordingly.
How long do we commit for?
Not at all. There is no minimum term, and you can cancel the agreement with one month of notice. The terms are in the agreement you get in writing before anything starts.
What if we need to cancel one week?
Let us know at least three working days ahead and that morning costs nothing. If the cancellation comes later, we charge for it as normal. Call or write, and we will sort it out.
Do we choose what is on the menu?
The standard menu runs from espresso and cortado to flat white, chai and matcha latte, and it is on the menu page. If you want something specific on permanently, put it in your enquiry.
Can we put our logo on the cart?
Yes. There is full branding on the cart, on a recurring service too, so it can match your company.
