Coffee cart for events in Sorø
Sorø is one of those places where events happen outdoors and far from any socket. The cart runs on gas and battery, so that is not a problem you need to solve.
Events around Sorø often sit out in the green, far from any building. The cart is self-sufficient, but the ground has to be firm, and a wet lawn is not.
Everything comes with the cart.
Specialty coffee to order
Espresso, americano, cappuccino, latte and flat white, plus tea, hot chocolate, chai and matcha.
Barista and every bit of kit
Coffee, milk, cups, sugar and the machine. You provide nothing.
Self-sufficient cart
Runs on gas and battery. No power, no water, no cables across your floor.
Setup and clean-up
We arrive about thirty minutes early and leave the spot as we found it.
What a booking in Sorø costs.
All prices are excluding VAT. This is beyond the 30 km radius from our base at Gammel Strand, so travel is added at 9 kr per km for the distance beyond the first 30. It is calculated on the road distance we actually drive, and it appears in the quote before you say yes.
The things people ask first.
How much space does the cart need?
About three by three metres on firm ground, and a way in that is at least 1.5 metres wide. The cart is a Piaggio Ape 50 and measures 1.4 metres across, so an ordinary gateway or double door is enough.
How many people can you serve?
One barista makes around 50 cups an hour, two make around 80. For a hundred guests arriving at once, a second barista is usually what keeps the queue short. Filter coffee alongside the espresso bar helps too.

What if it rains?
We come anyway. The cart serves from a hatch and the barista stands under cover. Cancel no later than 7 days before, otherwise the booking is charged as held.
