Coffee cart for events in Rungsted
It is windy at Rungsted harbour most of the year. We angle the cart so the serving side faces away from the wind, otherwise the milk foam goes cold before the coffee arrives.
Rungsted harbour has firm ground and plenty of room, but also wind off the Sound nearly all year. We turn the hatch away from the water so the milk foam holds.

How much space does the cart need?
About three by three metres on firm ground, and a way in that is at least 1.5 metres wide. The cart is a Piaggio Ape 50 and measures 1.4 metres across, so an ordinary gateway or double door is enough.
How many people can you serve?
One barista makes around 50 cups an hour, two make around 80. For a hundred guests arriving at once, a second barista is usually what keeps the queue short. Filter coffee alongside the espresso bar helps too.

What if it rains?
