Do we need to provide power?

No. The cart is self-sufficient for up to 15 hours, so you need neither a socket nor cables.

How many cups can you make?

One barista brews up to 50 cups an hour. With a second barista it is up to 80. Above 100 guests we recommend two, so the queue stays short.

How far do you travel?

The cart is based at Gammel Strand, and we drive out across Greater Copenhagen and Zealand. Within 30 km of the base, travel is included in the price. Beyond that it costs DKK 9 per km including VAT.

We come anyway. We drive out and serve as agreed whatever the weather, so you do not need a plan B for a few showers.

The minimum booking is DKK 4,999 including VAT for two hours with one barista, and setup and cleanup are included. After that an extra hour is DKK 1,249, and an extra barista is DKK 1,125 per hour. All prices include VAT.

Write or call us no later than 7 days before your event and the cancellation is free. Cancel later than that and we charge the full amount.

How quickly do we hear back?

Within 24 hours. You always get the final price in writing before anything is agreed.

Can we put our logo on the cart?

Yes. The cart can be fully branded, so it matches your company or your day.

What can guests drink?

Everything from espresso and cortado to flat white, chai and matcha latte, plus iced coffee, hot chocolate and water.

Much of what gets booked around Haslev happens in a village hall or a country garden. The cart needs three by three metres on firm ground and handles the rest itself.

Village halls around Haslev usually have a double door and a paved area out front. If the cart is to come inside, a 1.5 metre doorway is enough, and then it stays dry whatever the weather.

The things people ask first.

How much space does the cart need?

About three by three metres on firm ground, and a way in that is at least 1.5 metres wide. The cart is a Piaggio Ape 50 and measures 1.4 metres across, so an ordinary gateway or double door is enough.

How many people can you serve?

One barista makes around 50 cups an hour, two make around 80. For a hundred guests arriving at once, a second barista is usually what keeps the queue short. Filter coffee alongside the espresso bar helps too.

What does it cost to come to Haslev?
